Job Description
As a Selling Supervisor-Corporate at Waltermart Supermarket, Inc., your main responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on Selling and Marketing Initiatives of the store
- Resolving and professionally handling employee conflicts and concerns
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints
- Demonstrating sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibiting strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people effectively
- Being a graduate of any 4-year business course
- Holding at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Store Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a related field/industry
This is a full-time position at our company.

Experience:
- 1 year of Sales Management experience (Preferred)
Language:
- English language proficiency (Preferred)
