Job Description

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is a leading outsourcing company located in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga Philippines. We are currently looking for top talents to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Source leads and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to generate interest in the client’s services.
• Set appointments for clients to boost sales revenue.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment booking targets.
• Maintain and update client information in the client’s database.
• Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication to ensure future business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a client-centric approach.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Assist in preparing price quotes and sourcing products.
• Other general administration tasks related to freight forwarding/brokerage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or any related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a client-facing role.
• Proven experience in providing administrative support to US-based Freight forwarding/brokerage clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in email communication and timely response management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
