Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming calls from clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify the purpose of each call and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Provide information, assistance, and guidance to callers regarding home health care services, schedules, and general inquiries.
  • Accurately document call details, including caller information, concerns, and actions taken, in the designated systems or software.
  • Collaborate with the on-call team and field staff to ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution of calls.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and procedures to effectively address caller inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, voicemail systems, and computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to accurately document call information.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
