Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, and assisting with network setup and maintenance. You will also be responsible for documenting and tracking customer problems, as well as providing timely resolutions.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. You should also have effective communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
