Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for individuals seeking a challenging role as an Outbound Sales Representative. As an integral part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Present and promote our products and services effectively to potential clients
- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions to close sales
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage with customers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
