Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • Create and distribute weekly Aged AR balances to Branch Managers
  • Contact customers in advance of invoice due date to ensure they received the invoice and ask if they have anything else they need from us
  • Process bank account and credit card reconciliations weekly
  • Support Controller with the monthly financial reporting package analysis and compilation
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Other finance & accounting duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Accounting degree
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/general accounting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented with a goal to complete tasks on time

MUSTS:

  • Stellar English verbal and written communication skills (C1 & up ONLY)
  • Availability and willingness to work long-term within U.S. business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php82,00.00 per month
