Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel reservations.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Must have at least one-year BPO Experience
- Must be living within the NCR or Rizal/Antipolo
