Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Makati. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software is required.
