Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of US&C IRT Tier 2 Specialist (S1 Role) in our company. As a Tier 2 Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers located in the United States and Canada.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to our products and services, conducting in-depth analysis of customer problems, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols
