Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Consultant to join our team. As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on our products to both current and potential customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of our product range
- Providing product demonstrations and presenting the features and benefits
- Assisting customers in selecting the right product for their needs
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for our products, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
