Job Description
- Responsible for the renewal of Operations and Maintenance Contracts 2 months before the expiration of existing contracts
- Prepare and submit O&M proposals for new Sewage Treatment Plants Projects
- Search and Identify new opportunities for O&M and monitor status
- Close O&M contracts to achieve the assigned annual target
- Follow company procedures for sales & marketing for leads & opportunities qualification and proposal development
- Collaborate with other departments (Engineering & Design, Process, Pricing, etc.) when needed in order to accomplish the proposal development for O&M
- Close coordination and provide support with Process and Credit Collection for pending billings
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
