Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection of Accounts Receivables from Clients
- Issuance of Acknowledgement Receipt and Official Receipts to Clients
- Delivering of billings and invoices
- Delivering of other documents necessary for Finance Department’s procedures
- Collection of Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate (BIR 2307)
- Correct issuance of receipts
- Ad hoc tasks as may be assigned or required by the Finance Department
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Driver’s license
- At least 2 years’ work related experience
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 per month
