Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Outbound Sales Representative at Greensleeves Marketing. As an Outbound Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and close sales over the phone or through other communication channels.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable products or services.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Negotiate and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Update and maintain customer database
Requirements:
