Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for providing secured and timely transportation services for both internal and external customers to designated locations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly conduct pre-departure inspection before driving the vehicle.
- Drive safely within the prescribed timeline as per the assigned itinerary.
- Properly endorse the vehicle unit to the recipient.
- Return the receiving documents to the logistics admin assistant.
- Timely report any cases of accidents, injuries, or damages to vehicles to the supervisor or manager.
- Timely return the service vehicle to the proper custodian.
- Comply with traffic rules and regulations at all times.
- Comply with ISO procedures.
- Liquidate assigned Cash Advances within three (3) days.
- Perform other tasks/duties required by management from time to time.
