Job Description
Wirebond Manager Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course
- 5 years experience as an Assembly Manager with at least 1 year experience with Wirebond
- Experience working in a Semiconductor Company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
