Job Description
- Daily Monitoring of store concern/s and issue
- Daily Monitoring of store report submission and likes
- Responsible for store sales invoice request
- Checking and Validation of OIC and FL filed overtime
- Responsible in consolidating and making sure submission of store KPIs
- Point person for all day to day store escalation
- To identify OIC or/and FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor
- Making sure that delivery and work permit are available once needed
- Making sure that stores were deposit on a given and allowable time
- And other operation assistance may assign to him/her
