Job Description
1. Prepare and check disbursement vouchers, analyze transactions for proper account charging and ensure agreement of supplier’s invoice and purchase order (PO) as well as completeness of support.
2. Prepare journal entries for fund conversion, bank charges, bank interest income, and other related bank transactions.
3. Perform timekeeping functions on a per cut-off period.
4. Prepare BIR 2307 Certificate for Supplies.
5. Release checks.
6. Encode and summarize freight billings and other items into the Peachtree systems.
7. Responsible for preparing inventory tags and encoding.
8. Perform any functions assigned by the immediate superior and General Manager.
9. Handle bank transactions and online payments.
10. Update daily cashflow.
11. Process government payments and enter them into their respective online systems.
12. Manage petty cash movement and replenishment.
