Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various events and functions. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in ensuring the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing event concepts and ideas based on client requirements
- Creating event timelines and budgets
- Securing and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and venues
- Managing event logistics, including set-up, registration, and audiovisual requirements
- Providing on-site support during events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
