Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, answering their inquiries, and providing them with excellent customer service.
As a Call Center Representative, you must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions or assistance. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
