Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various facilities and equipment within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to repair requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems, generators, and other auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure that all safety standards and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair tasks.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
