Job Description
Are you passionate about human resources and have a strong desire to make a difference in the workplace? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team.
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
