Job Description
1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any equivalent.
2. Must have at least 20 – 25 years of experience in an HR Managerial capacity.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Must have clear grasp of Philippine Labor laws.
5. Excellent leadership skills, must be able to work in any environment.
6. Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
7. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
8. Attention to detail and good judgement.
