Job Description
Salary: Php 16,00.00 ~ Php 18,00.00 Per Month
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and administrative skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Assist with the preparation of financial statements
✓ Maintain financial records
✓ Process accounts payable and receivable
✓ Reconcile bank statements
✓ Prepare journal entries
✓ Preparation of Government Mandatories (BIR, SS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig) and Payroll
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Accounting Associate or similar role, with knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Familiarity with tax billing processes and experience in tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
