Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance in resolving their issues or inquiries.
Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and effectively addressing customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Key qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Prior experience in a customer service role and familiarity with CRM systems are highly desirable.
