Job Description
In charge of RI Bonds and other related works
Evaluates the necessary documents submitted by the Clients, Intermediaries/Brokers and/or other business proponents.
Prepares bond information to be approved by the President/CEO through the office of the Executive Vice President
Issues and processes approved bond request and releases the same to the proper representative or client
Releases issued bonds to the proper representative of client/s for signature by the Principal’s signatory, as well as bonds already signed by the approving officer
Ensures payment of bond premium
Processes Bonds reinsurance for outward and inward accounts in coordination with RI Department
In charge of bonds production and booking with the corresponding underwriting distribution
Collection of premiums in coordination with Accounting Department
In charge of all bonds report to be submitted to the different entities
In charge of all accreditation relative to bonds business
Attend meetings and/or conferences
Maintains filing, updating, and storage of all documents
In charge of ISO requirement for Bonds
Performs marketing tasks such as visitations
Receives and logs all incoming and outgoing documents
Entertains all queries from agents, brokers, and intermediaries
Prepares bond quotation for approval
Undertakes other tasks that may be assigned from time to time related to the function;
