We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CSR Appointment Setter. As a CSR Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our customer service representatives, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers via phone or email to schedule appointments
- Managing appointment calendars and ensuring proper documentation
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborating with the customer service team to optimize appointment scheduling
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
