Job Description
- Daily monitoring of store concerns and issues
- Daily monitoring of store report submission and likes
- Responsible for store sales invoice requests
- Checking and validation of OIC and FL filed overtime
- Responsible for consolidating and ensuring the submission of store KPIs
- Point person for all day to day store escalations
- Identify OIC or/and FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor
- Making sure that delivery and work permits are available when needed
- Making sure that stores are deposited on given and allowable time
- Assisting with other operation tasks as assigned
