We are currently seeking individuals to join our team for a pure non-voice account. This job opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and newcomers in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Handle non-voice customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with their concerns via email or chat support

Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required
