Job Description
The RMA Associate is responsible for performing various duties, including receiving returns and warranty claims from different platforms handled by EasyPC. They ensure that all received return items are recorded according to guidelines. In addition, they troubleshoot returned hardware, document all details found during the investigation, and create reports to be sent to the EasyPC RMA department. They are also responsible for voiding all failed delivery items to QBO (QuickBooks Online) and creating a list of items returned to the inventory system. They play a crucial role in filtering returned items back to stock or initiating the STR (Return to Supplier) process.
