Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with expertise in handling Pure Local/Tagalog Accounts. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our customer base, specifically catering to Pure Local/Tagalog-speaking clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting customers in resolving issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both English and Pure Local/Tagalog. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly with Pure Local/Tagalog clients, will be highly regarded. You must also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
