Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for our Telco Account. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries and concerns
- Providing accurate information about our telco products and services
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
