Job Description
- Final Pay Processing and Tracking
- Extraction of reports
- Responding to Final Pay Inquiry / Handling inquiries from resigned employees
- Preparation of certificate and issuance of 2316 for resigned employees.
- Coordinating with ER team and Ops managers/HRBPs on attrition reasons.
- Knowledgeable with Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
