Job Description
The Claims Associate – Davao, is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of his/her position within guidelines and limits of authority established by corporate policies and procedures, in accordance with government regulations and consistent with sound business judgment. Responsible for the accurate logging of received claims from partner providers and/or clients, evaluation and prompt processing of claims, generation of request for payment, request for check accommodation, accurate transmittal of checks, complete and timely transmittal of billback claims and maintenance of complete and updated claims records.
