Job Description
- Hires and trains maintenance department staff.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handles employee discipline and termination according to company policy.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Evaluates systems or facilities for necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Plans work assignments and project schedules based on building system assessments.
- Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensures timely and correct completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
