Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through digital channels and managing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute digital sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and develop leads through various online platforms and social media channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and a passion for sales. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
