Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members to understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
- Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports, analysis, and keen observations.
- Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Determine training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of operations and management experience; process transformation experience required
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Must have hands-on experience in managing sales and tech operations
- Effective Coaching and Mentoring Skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision within 90 days
- Must be able to manage client communications and reviews
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
