Job Description
As an HVAC Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our HVAC team. Your role will involve supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks efficiently and safely. This includes providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Your expertise in HVAC systems will be critical in troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for inspecting work sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
