Job Description
- Monitoring of web tracking system (Standard, Corporate & Basic).
- Managing load central (employer loading system).
- Managing and assisting client concerns via email, phone call & live agent.
- Updating of record in Pipedrive.
- Replenishment of client web tracking platform.
- Sending of client(s) web platform access.
- Assisting to technician installation logs.
- Training of newly hired support team.
- Other task assigned by the employer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
