Job Description
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production.
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with the ordering and inventory of food and supplies.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.
