Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Zoom Event & Email Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of virtual Zoom events and coordinating email communications.
Your main responsibilities will include scheduling and setting up virtual Zoom events, managing participant registrations and invitations, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and sending out professional email communications to our clients and maintaining an organized database of contacts.
To excel in this position, you must have strong organizational skills and be proficient in using Zoom and email marketing tools. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be highly customer-focused.
