Job Description

Minimum 3 years in performance media management is preferred. In-depth knowledge of media platforms and technology partners, combined with a solid understanding of performance digital marketing and full-funnel execution. The ideal candidate must possess the confidence and credibility to engage in high-level discussions and negotiations with heads of media properties. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, and a results-driven and metrics-focused approach is a must. Should be strategically agile and proficient in collaborating alongside key business partners, both internally and externally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Drive communications planning and media buying strategy across all paid channels, including television, radio, print, out-of-home, digital, social, and mobile media – Ensure that the brand’s messaging reaches the right audiences at the right time – Leverage insights, learnings, and modeling to determine the optimal channel mix and messaging to bolster campaigns and business outcomes – Manage media agency partner teams to ensure that strategies and plans are aligned with business objectives – Oversee media budgets, meticulously evaluating investments for ROI and refining strategies accordingly – Collaborate with creative, experience, partner, social, performance, insights, data, and analytic teams, and author and present best practices, POVs, and strategic planning guidelines – Create a pipeline of new ideas and marketing methods, including “test and learn” plans, allowing for rigorous analysis of relative ROI possibilities. Minimum Requirements: Experienced Media and Communications Executive with a proven track record of over 10 years in leading relevant media areas and integrated marketing communications. Media agency experience is a prerequisite, and client experience is a valuable addition.
