Job Description
Duties:
- Administers multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Manages benefits program and vendor relationships. Assists employees with questions, issues, and enrollment.
- Maintains a database of employee records as well as all active and inactive applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an HR professional
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and structured working skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong initiative
- Preferably with experience in handling mandatory government benefits.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
