Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Chat/Email Support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
- Matches customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Uses negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicates specific information to internal and external clients and shares knowledge with colleagues.
