Job Description
1. In-charge of managing and giving tasks to the Admin Assistant of SFI deployed at site (if any).
2. Ensures DTR are complete, checked, approved, recorded, and timely submitted to SFI SLRO Finance through our Account Officer.
3. Ensures all SMTEs and PPE’s are properly distributed at the site and recorded with the proper tracker and monitoring of items INs and OUTs (whichever is applicable).
4. Ensure safekeeping of PPE’s and SMTE’s at the site (if any).
5. Plans, coordinates, administers, and implements any provided services at the site.
6. Ensures any incidents are properly reported to SFI and the SFI client within 24 hours.
7. Conducts regular meetings with supervisors/employees at the site to discuss concerns, challenges, and updates. This could be done weekly, bi-monthly (twice a month), or monthly depending on the current restrictions.
8. Clients meeting in relation to Safety Health issues and concerns in coordination with our account officers and SLRO Safety Officer.
9. Directly reporting to Account officer and Safety reporting to Safety Officer.
10. Assist in distributing DTRs, ATMs, health cards, etc. that is due to our external/site/field employees.
