Job Description

The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective learning strategies and programs within an organization. They work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, trainers, and subject matter experts, to design and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
  • Designing and developing innovative and interactive learning materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, and job aids
  • Creating and delivering training sessions and workshops on various topics to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles. They have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in learning and development are required.
