Job Description
We are a reputable Seafarers Manning Agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crew Operator to join our team. As a Crew Operator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deployment of seafarers to various vessels and offshore installations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Screening, sourcing, and selecting qualified seafarers based on client requirements
- Managing crew changes and ensuring timely and efficient deployment
- Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other relevant parties
- Maintaining accurate crew records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Providing support and assistance to seafarers throughout their employment cycle
