Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setter with experience in 4/5 Axis Milling to join our team. As a CNC Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring the accurate production of parts and components according to specifications.
In this role, your main duties will include reading blueprints, programming machines, selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to specifications. You will also need to make adjustments and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in CNC setting, with a particular emphasis on 4/5 Axis Milling. You should be familiar with various CNC programming languages, possess a good understanding of machining principles, and be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of machine maintenance and repair will be considered advantageous.
