Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Optimize acquisition channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze the customer journey and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote new features and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and a willingness to explore innovative marketing strategies.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with India’s leading bus transport technology company.
- Be willing to travel locally to grow business.
- Possesses a valid Professional Driver’s License and own car.
