Job Description
A Field Sales Representative is responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers in order to promote and sell products or services. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
The main responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative include:
- Identifying and approaching potential customers through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product or service improvements.
