Job Description
- Identification of possible port/lines for FTTH project.
- Analyze HLD for newly awarded sites.
- Assist ROW and Implementation team.
- Coordinate PMO, Solutions and Sales team for needed details.
- Survey for nap location and POI.
- Checking of AFI plan for FTTH, FTBTS, FTTX, VMDU, DECAP etc. projects.
- Reviews DD and make plans on how to execute the project in accordance to approved DD, specs and SLA.
- End to End BoQ/BOM of AFI/ABP Projects.
- Consolidation of BOQ for all projects.
- Handle/Monitor subcontractor.
- Process PR/PO for Subcontractor.
- Updating of Project Implementation Plan.
- Checking/Approving of Progress Billing of subcontractor.
- Prepare presentations for weekly meeting updates.
- Computations of budget per site of PO.
- Coordinate with PLDT/Globe National for meetings and clarifications.
- Monitors the activities of subordinates on current tasks being done and see to it that the jobs are completed as scheduled.
- Establishing and implementing training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
- Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Holding regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Recruiting and training exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department.
- Other jobs/tasks assigned by Line Manager.
